A loving Higher Power always gives us the chance,

the choice is ours to decide how we will react:

grow with the positive, stagnate with the negative,

or just stuff that feeling in a hole

and cover it with denial.

Remember, it s not the world doing it to you,

it is your attitude and how you respond that

creates the feeling.

Happiness is acting on the good feelings.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
