Calmness Of Mind

God gave us two ears and only one mouth

so that we may listen twice as much.

Learn to listen and listen to learn.

You cannot hear when your mouth is moving.

The beginning of a tranquil mind is

learning to listen for the silence.

Silence is God’s opportunity to talk.

Happiness is a calm and tranquil mind.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
