Happy Minds January 26

Do you have a mind??

Do you know where your mind is??

Do you know what state of mind your mind is in??

Are the squirrels, who are chasing the nuts in their cage,

making your mind go around in loud circles??

Are you happy??

If you are not happy, ask your Higher Power, family and

friends to help you learn happy.

Learn to go to happy places with happy people and

learn to do happy things.

Pray for the guidance and the courage to seek out the happy.

Happiness is having a mind to be happy.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
