Body, soul and mind and in that order.

The body is the material things; food clothing and shelter,

and most of us have enough to share.

The soul is what gives life meaning; love, joy, kindness,

goodness, faithfulness and humility,

and most of us have enough to share.

The mind is the thinking that destroys perspective and balance;

sharing those thoughts usually proves to be disastrous.

Today, be grateful, don’t think;

just try to do the next right thing.

Life is sharing more and thinking less.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
