Emotions are feelings on steroids.

Are you in a funk, can’t get off of your duff,

get out of yourself and try to help someone else.

The joy, the feelings of gratitude, the happiness

that doing for others brings into your heart

is guaranteed to bring light to the funk

and movement to the feet.

Today, feel the emotions, laugh, cry,

share the love and try to be the person

your Higher Power wants you to be.

Happiness is enjoying the emotions.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

The Great Creator made every one of us unique,

for better or worse there will never be another you.

be the person your Higher Power wants you to be,

a one of a kind person who can demonstrate

the talents and skills needed to make this world

a better place for all.

Happiness is dancing to your own music.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
