A good belly laugh a day keeps the doctor away.

It is always best to have someone to laugh with

but if no one is around, laugh at yourself

and share your laugh with God.

Happiness is laughing you way through life.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

enjoyable and pleasant things.

God will give you the chance, be happy,

choose to do the next right thing,

take the action that will make everything

beautiful, fine, gratifying, nice, and pleasurable.

Today, be more happy,

do more things that will make this world

a better and happier place for all.
