with a great range of feelings and emotions,

learn to use them all.

Expressing sorrow as well as joy

helps the soul remain in balance

and in tune with song of the Uni-verse.

Today, have faith that your Higher Power

will comfort you

no matter what you may be feeling.

Life is to mourn a loss.

Life is to live and love in the here and now.

Precepts

1. Do not kill
2. Do not steal
3. Do not indulge in sexual misconduct
4. Do not make false speech
5. Do not take intoxicants

I know, I know, I know,

but, I just forgot to do it.

Forgetting is not an excuse.

Today, no excuses necessary,

just practice what you know

and seek to do the will of your loving Higher Power.

Life is to practice doing the next right thing.

Life is to live and love in the here and now.
