that indescribable feeling of love

your spirit is refreshed.

The most refreshing love

is the unconditional love you share with all of the Universe,

from the Great Creator, the God of your understanding,

all the way to include the smallest creatures

that can feel the love.

Who said you can’t live on love alone,

tell that to my garden.

Today, refresh your spirit, share the love.

Love is the greatest refreshment in life.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

What ! ME Worry ?

Mother was always right,

99% of the things I worried about

never happened.

Mother was always happy,

she said it was an attitude and

the attitude was hers

and she was not ever going to let

someone change it for her.

Today, learn from my Mother,

don’t worry, be happy,

have an attitude of gratitude

and don’t let anyone spoil it for you.

Happiness is not to worry.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
