Everyone has their limits and the healthy person

is one who knows how to say no and yes at the

appropriate times.

If a friend tries to push your boundaries

or doesn’t like your answer,

it may be time to find a new friend.

your choice, not theirs.

Happiness is being yourself.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
