The good old days may be good for making sure

that you don’t make the same mistake twice,

but other than that, all they are good for is

blocking you from enjoying today.

We don’t care how you did it up, down or over there,

or how you did it way back when,

let us focus on today

and make sure that the best foot forward

is pointed in the right direction.

Life is the good new day.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

No Doubt

Doubt is the gray cloud that obscures one’s vision.

Doubt is sitting on the fence rail between dark and light,

between negative and positive, just waiting for

someone or something to give you a push

in the right direction.

Don’t wait, be happy, do the next right thing.

Today, don’t doubt, know that the right direction

always points towards doing the will

of a loving Higher Power

Happiness is having no doubt.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
