Tell The Truth

If you  can’t tell the truth,

don’t say anything at all.

A mind free of guilt and shame is a happy mind.

Even telling an ugly person

that they are beautiful is not a lie

because you know that God gives every person

a beautiful soul.

Today, practice restraint of tongue, think

of the consequences before you say something

that you may later regret.

Happiness is telling the truth.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

Unstained From The World

By ME and the Boss

pure and undefiled

to visit orphans and widows

unstained from the world.”

Be kind, make it your religious practice

to think of others less fortunate than yourself

before you think of yourself.

Karma, the Golden Rule,

you will reap as you sow.

Today, regardless of what you believe,

or don’t believe,

trust that the happy are those who are kind.

Kindness is to keep oneself unstained from the world.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
