Another second, minute, hour has passed and

things have changed.

A soul has departed this world

and a baby has been born.

A young person has begun their career

and an oldster is retiring from activities

that provided a lifetime of necessities for the family.

Coming or going, up or down, this too will change

and the best we can do is to keep

a positive attitude of gratitude.

Life is not to worry, the situation will change.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
