Life is an attitude, have one, be happy.

Life does not wait for bigger and better,

it goes on in the simple things;

enjoy breathing, enjoy eating, enjoy being,

enjoy the challenge, be in the now to be happy.

Always remember;

you can start your day over again

as many times as you need to.

Happiness is found in the simple and ordinary.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

Set Sail

Self-centered, arrogant, selfish, egotistical and negative

or, positive, considerate, humble, generous and benevolent.

The choices are easily evident,

the decisions are not always so.

Afraid of getting sea sick, not to worry,

sailing the route of kindness and love will always

lead the traveler to the port of happy, joyous and free.

Today, meditate,  read the wind, pray and

ask your Higher Power to help you navigate the

treacherous tides and lead you to only safe harbors.

Happiness is setting sail to go

in the direction God’s wind is blowing.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
