Pain is inevitable,

suffering is optional.

Suffering is holding on to the past.

Always remember, good or bad,

this is life on God’s terms

and we must learn to accept it,

regardless of the happening.

Today, learn from the lesson and move on,

hopefully, with a positive attitude.

Happiness is seeing the positive in what happens in our lives.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
