Rarely, and I do mean rarely, does life give you more

downs than ups.

I’m awake, I’m breathing, I have a roof over my head,

I do not hunger, I have family, I have friends,

I am physically healthy, it is the mental health

that makes my wife wonder about how healthy I really am.

Be grateful, seven out of eight is a great life.

Happiness is a smiley face of gratitude

painted on everything.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

Decision

Materially and emotionally,

seek the good balance for yourself

and try to make sure that what you want

will satisfy both.

Unhappy are both the rich and the poor who

are not satisfied with decisions that are

not in a healthy proportion.

Life is to decide what you want.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
