Fear, ignorance, laziness; why does the sight

become fuzzier, darker and narrower

the older we become ???

Too busy looking past

our selfish and self-centered wants

to realize that the opposite of greed and deception is

the reality of compassion, kindness and love.

Today, close your eyes and imagine a world

that is happy, joyous and free, a magical world

that is filled with peace and understanding,

a place that fulfills all of our needs.

Life is to see the magic in everything.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

A Conscious Choice

Fear; too many souls live their lives

on automatic because they are afraid

that they may make a mistake

if they try to be happy.

Heart and mind, choose to let the love flow

because some of the biggest mistakes

often turn out to be the happiest mistakes.

Where would you be today

Happiness is a conscious choice.
