Are you a person who complains

when it rains on your parade, or

are you the person who can see the blessings

in every drop of rain, every pain, every feeling.

Have a heart, be happy, look for the silver lining

and be the person your Higher Power wants you to be.

Happiness is a little fall of tears of joy.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

Be the Sunshine

Happiness is very contagious,

if you have it you can infect everyone around you,

and it always comes back to re-infect you.

Happiness begins with a smile,

spreads to a few kind words and

eventually becomes a warm bear hug.

Today, be the sunshine, be the smile and

seek to spread happiness wherever you can

knowing that it will keep your heart warm

when it is reflected back to you.

Happiness is being the sunshine.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
