and know how good life is.

Today, take pride in what you do for others

and enjoy the happy rewards.

Kindness is the good life.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

life can be enjoyed if one adopts an attitude of gratitude

it makes others wonder what you are up to,

and be the happy, joyous and free soul

whose positive attitude makes this world

a better place for all.
