Love, happiness and all of the feelings that are good

are an act of God.

When doing the will of a loving Higher Power,

the body, mind and soul are performing

an act of God.

Today, be the agent of God and always try

to do the next right thing.

Kindness is an act of God.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

With Emotion

Emotions are feelings on steroids.

Are you in a funk, can’t get off of your duff,

get out of yourself and try to help someone else.

The joy, the feelings of gratitude, the happiness

that doing for others brings into your heart

is guaranteed to bring light to the funk

and movement to the feet.

Today, feel the emotions, laugh, cry,

share the love and try to be the person

your Higher Power wants you to be.

Happiness is enjoying the emotions.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
