Love, unconditional for all of God’s creation.

Prosperity, may all of your needs be met.

Happiness, forgiving the past  enjoying the now,

and working for a better future.

Joy, the willingness to feel with the heart

rather than to think with the head.

Today, know and understand that when you

wish and pray for others to be blessed

we in turn bless ourselves.

Happiness is all of the good things.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

A pinch of forgiveness

And most importantly, add the secret ingredient, love.

No matter how you mix it,

no matter whose recipe you use;

Grandmas, Moms, or Uncle Joe’s

learn the lesson that too many cooks

and too much love

can never ruin this recipe,

the recipe for a happy life.

Love is the secret ingredient.
