It is all too easy to talk the talk

but only the humble can walk the walk.

Don’t preach to me or preach at me,

show me that the way you walk,

prove to me that your  actions

are representations of the will of God.

Today, be kind, be loving, be patient and tolerant,

be forgiving and compassionate and most importantly,

be the person your Higher Power wants you to be.

Kindness is walking the way of compassion and love.

Kindness is helping someone help themselves.
