and be happy.

Be positive, even the most serious of circumstances

usually has a silver lining that will allow

some happiness to creep in.

Today, do not let the negative naysayer

influence your thinking, be you own happy soul

and if smiling doesn’t work, pray.

Happiness is what you make up in your mind.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

life will be happy, joyous and free.’

Today, title the first chapter of your book “Love”

and be amazed how awesome your life can become.

Love is to give yourself the Opportunity.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
