No Duty More Obligatory

Someone was kind to me

and then I dumped on them.

Not returning a kindness is a real source of guilt and shame.

If you have no guilt or shame for being crude, rude

and obnoxious, then you are not reading this blog

to find out how to have a life that is happy, joyous and free.

Today, pay it forward, be kind first.

Kindness is to be repaid in kind.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

A Free Mind

Destiny or fate, call it what you want,

whether the outcome was influenced by human intervention

or simply just happened as a natural act of providence,

the only limitations that exist are the limits that prevail

in one’s mind.

Believing that you are the victim only tightens

the chains that bind the thinking.

Today, don’t allow yourself to be the prisoner or the victim,

be the person your Higher Power wants your to be.

Life is freeing your mind.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
