and dysfunctional nurturing.

Thank God, or the Higher Power of your choice,

that people can change their nature, if they want to.

Be nice, watch your nature and look to share the love.

Today, make sure that your mind and your heart

are connected before you act.

Kindness is a mind that is transformed.

Kindness is helping someone help themselves.

A blessing for the lazy from the Great Creator,

it takes far fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown.

Other than the Narcissistic,

most people do not like to look into a mirror

and they usually go through the day unaware

of the expression they wear on their face.

Today, be conscious, and understand that every face you see

is a reflection of your disposition.

Smile, it makes them wonder what you are up to.

Happiness is a smile.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
