Old Friends

When it feels right, go for it.

Just like an new pair of shoes,

a new favorite hat

or a new pair of warm gloves,

when they fit right they seem like

they have been yours forever.

Today, do not abuse or misuse your friends,

treat them like your favorite clothes;

keep them clean, well mended

and respected for the warmth and comfort

that they give.

Friendship is old friends who have just met.

Friendship is a priceless gem that is to be valued and protected.

Shared

That awesome feeling that at this very moment,

in this here and now, everything is just the way

Wakan-Taka  made it to be.

The quiet mind is aware,

all of the senses are enjoying the moment,

the heart beats as one with the rhythm of the Uni-verse,

the soul hums in harmony with the song of the Creation.

Today, share the moment.

Happiness never decreases by being shared.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
