the choice is yours.

The big opportunities are obvious

even to those who are asleep, however,

the daily small chances take a keen eye

and an open heart to recognize.

Today, start out with a smile and you will be amazed

at the number of opportunities to do a kindness

that will be placed before you.

Kindness is seizing the small opportunities to help others.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Respect The Privacy

With a friend, the quiet  time together

is as important as all of the time spent

discussing the trials and tribulations of life.

Meditation is listening and those friends who can

listen to each others silence are the best of friends,

two bodies whose souls become one.

Today, if you can’t keep the silence, laugh.

Friendship is respecting the privacy of a friend.

Friendship is a priceless gem

that is to be valued and protected.
