Whenever something is taken away,

something new will fill the space left behind.

Life is to stop crying, look around,

and know that the Spirit of Love

will always fill the void with something better,

even if that something is only a fond memory.

Life is the spirit that laughs at what is found.

Life is to live and love in the here and now.

What We Have

to be happy,

remember the good news,

don’t dwell on the bad news

and try to make the good news happen.

Today, contact someone, family or friend,

with no news at all, just to say I love you, I appreciate you

and I hope you have a happy day.

Happiness is recognizing and appreciating what we do have.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
