Rarely, and I do mean rarely, does life give you more

downs than ups.

I’m awake, I’m breathing, I have a roof over my head,

I do not hunger, I have family, I have friends,

I am physically healthy, it is the mental health

that makes my wife wonder about how healthy I really am.

Be grateful, seven out of eight is a great life.

Happiness is a smiley face of gratitude

painted on everything.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

an attitude of gratitude ensures a happy heart.

Today, be the soul that your Higher Power

wants you to be, share your happiness

with everyone you meet.

Happiness is a bottomless heart filled with gratitude.
