God is love and a loving Higher Power made you

in that image.

You cannot avoid love, love is everywhere.

Today, practice unconditional love

and if you do not know how, find a loving friend

who will be more than glad to show you how.

Love is trusting what is already inside of you.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

Slow, Slower, Slowest

The weather may be quick to change

but friends should not be.

Who needs a fair weather friend anyways ? ? ?

Watch your speed, take time to smell the roses,

take even more time to enjoy a friendship.

Slow, slower, slowest is todays mantra,

squeeze as much life as you can from today

and make sure you begin with being

your own best friend.

When you like yourself

your friends will like you too.

Friendship continues unchangeably.

Friendship is a priceless gem

that is to be valued and protected.
