Get out of yourself, be happy, be kind, be loving,

be the person your Higher Power wants you to be.

To be the poor me, suffering victim is being unkind

to yourself and to God’s world.

Today, be human, have a purpose, a reason,

something that will make this world a better place

for all those whom you meet.

Kindness is to be human.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
