Love is always there inside of you,

to love is to let that love out,

to shower it upon those we adore.

Fear, disappointment, low self esteem

all have built up barriers to letting the love out.

Love not returned or love scorned,

not to worry, it is not about you,

it is the other souls who are the losers and

it may be a blessing from your Higher Power

that the love did not last.

Today, love unconditionally and have faith

that the good love will be returned.

Love is to have no barriers against it.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
