and then work down from there;

family, neighbors, people you have met

It’s not rocket science, you do not have

to rival Einstein in intelligence,

you just have to be the true you:

kind, loving, patient, tolerant, forgiving,

the person the Great Creator made you to be.

Friendship is a heart full of grace.

Friendship is a priceless gem

that is to be valued and protected.

The Other Feelings

Living in sadness forever is a sickness,

living in the moment is the cure.

Friends help each other live in the moment,

sympathize with the sadness and then move on to

enjoying the things that make life worth living.

Today, be a friend, hug those that need it and then

move them on to the better feelings:

OPEN, HAPPY, ALIVE, PEACEFUL, JOYOUS and AT EASE.

Friendship is to keep each other feeling GOOD.
