A smile from the heart not only lets your light shine,

it allows the light to shower everyone aroud you

in the light of love.

Today, be  positive, smile, be happy,

its free.

Happiness makes the day worth living.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

Respect The Privacy

With a friend, the quiet  time together

is as important as all of the time spent

discussing the trials and tribulations of life.

Meditation is listening and those friends who can

listen to each others silence are the best of friends,

two bodies whose souls become one.

Today, if you can’t keep the silence, laugh.

Friendship is respecting the privacy of a friend.

Friendship is a priceless gem

that is to be valued and protected.
