Rarely, and I do mean rarely, does life give you more

downs than ups.

I’m awake, I’m breathing, I have a roof over my head,

I do not hunger, I have family, I have friends,

I am physically healthy, it is the mental health

that makes my wife wonder about how healthy I really am.

Be grateful, seven out of eight is a great life.
