The silly part of human nature,

the more worried we become,

the faster we push ourselves

to get something done

and the faster we go the more we miss

what could make us happy.

Slow down, quiet the noisy mind,

worry never accomplished anything.

Today, be the happy soul, stand and stare,

don’t miss the wonderful opportunities

that God will put in front of you.

Life is to take the time to stand and stare.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

Enthusiastic

Greek: en; inside, theos; god,

enthusiasm is the God within us,

the life that is to be loved and enjoyed.

Just like all of our good feelings, when shared,

enthusiasm, kindness and love will grow

and life will take on a meaning that will always

meet the requirements of a happy existance.

Happiness is having something to be enthusiastic about.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
