A State Of Mind

that are reaching out to help others.

If you want to engage the muscles that run the mouth

please make sure that the brain is at first engaged.

Today, always remember that gratitude is the best way

to improve your quality of thought and to

put yourself in the proper state of mind.

Happiness is a state of mind.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
