Heaven Upon Earth

The whole universe is made of love.

Don’t struggle, don’t deny the love,

be the happy, healthy person who

loves everything knowing that

the more they love

the more the Uni-verse will return that love.

Today, start the tsunami of love by first loving yourself

knowing that the Great Creator has never made any junk.

Love the family, their yours, love thy neighbor,

it takes everyone working together to create Heaven

here on Earth.

Love is indeed Heaven upon Earth.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

From The Strong

Heart and soul, not sinew and muscle.

Strength of character, those qualities that

enable the strong to do the will of a loving Higher Power.

When the character begins to weaken, pray,  meditate

and ask the God of your understanding

for the strength to carry on.

Today, keep the body strong but more importantly

keep your character equally strong.

Kindness can only be expected from the strong.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
