with a great range of feelings and emotions,

learn to use them all.

Expressing sorrow as well as joy

helps the soul remain in balance

and in tune with song of the Uni-verse.

Today, have faith that your Higher Power

will comfort you

no matter what you may be feeling.

Life is to mourn a loss.

Life is to live and love in the here and now.

Alignment

Good, bad or indifferent, life is not what happened

it is how we react to what happened.

Some things make us sad, some mad, some happy

and usually what we don’t know won’t hurt us,

however, an attitude of gratitude will always

make life easier to navigate.

Today, quiet the noisy mind,

listen closely to the silence and

when given the chance and the choice,

share the love.

Love is being aligned with the Divine.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
