Life is to stop crying, look around,

and know that the Spirit of Love

will always fill the void with something better,

even if that something is only a fond memory.

Life is the spirit that laughs at what is found.

Life is to live and love in the here and now.

set up some expectations.

Expectations are resentments awaiting to be born.

If you want to help a good relationship flourish

make your intentions honest and responsible.

Intentions are the stuff of which dreams are made of.

Today, make it your intention

to have vivid, colorful and happy dreams

and leave the nightmares to those

who expect too much.

Love is our intention to do the next right thing.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
