The bad news is that we have choices.

Today, make a good choice, choose love

and feel the freedom to be you.

Be the love, live the love, share the love

and know that fear is the boogie man

that lives under the bridge

that we need not to go over.

Love liberates.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

Your Own Actions

Happiness is an action.

The more you do for others,

the more you do for yourself,

the happier you will become.

Thinking about being happy will never

make you happy.

Today, be spontaneous, without thinking to hard,

when God gives you the chance,

just do the next right thing

and be amazed at how happy that will make you.

Happiness comes from your own actions.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
