Momma always said there was no such thing as free.

Technically, kindness does require some effort,

even though we know that it takes fewer muscles

to smile than it does to frown and

saying thank you for some people

is actually a great effort,

yet the rewards definitely outweigh the costs.

Today, spend a little, gain a lot.
