Even for those who suffer hormonal imbalances,

bio-chemical malfunctions and other emotional traumas,

life can be enjoyed if one adopts an attitude of gratitude

and they are willing to let go and let God.

Today, fake it until you make it, smile,

it makes others wonder what you are up to,

and be the happy, joyous and free soul

whose positive attitude makes this world

a better place for all.

Life is to be enjoyed.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

Awareness

and the only thing I can react to is:

the here and now.

If you are aware of mean, ugly and nasty, move on.

If you are aware of kindness, love and happiness,

hang around and see what you can contribute to the festivities.

Today, know that your Higher Power will give you the chance,

the choice is yours.

Life is having an awareness of the here and now.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
