Yes, we all have sorrows and loss,

compassion for the sick and suffering,

get over it, get a life, love.

Love is living in the here and now,

respect for the past, hope for the future.

Today, lighten your heart,

give a smile, donate a kindness,

contribute a second of your time to share the love.

Love is the word that frees us from the pain of life.

Love is helping someone to love themselves.

Chocolate

Be it chocolate, memories, shopping or just talking,

a friend is someone you are willing to share with.

Most importantly, friendships are not one way streets,

they survive and grow when there are no motives and

the give and take is mutually agreed upon.

Today, be a friend, share the laughter, share the love,

share the time and if you have chocolate, hide it well.

Friendship is sharing, even chocolate.

Friendship is a priceless gem that is to be valued and protected.
