We all need to get things done;

put the clothes on the back,

put the food on the table,

put the roof over the head,

and when kind friends and family work together

things get done.

No society has ever endured that sought to

achieve its ends by using force.

Today, do not expect the law to enforce peace,

be kind and loving and accomplish peace.

Kindness is the way to accomplish much.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Keeping Them

Excuses, excuses, excuses … What we always find

when we forget to stay in contact with family and friends.

It does not require hours or days of your time,

just a moment to sent a note, to make a call,

to stop for a visit, to keep in touch.

Today, one a day keeps the doctor away,

talk to a family member, a friend, a neighbor,

pets excluded, and enjoy the benefits of this “WE” world.

Friendship is keeping your friends in.

Friendship is a priceless gem that is to be valued and protected.
