Unfortunately good usually requires a lot more work

than taking the easy way out.

Resolve, stay in there, take the punches,

learn to defend yourself with kindness,

don’t rest on yesterday’s laurels

and be prepared to be happy today.

Always remember the lessons of Mom and Dad,

if it is too easy, look for the trap

and more importantly, there is no such thing as free.

Happiness is staying away from easy.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
