Age, sex, race, ethnic origin, family status, family wealth

have no bearing on your happy attitude unless you allow it.

Been down, been up, been around, been just about everywhere

and when my attitude of gratitude is in the right place

I can be happy anywhere.

Happiness is contentment recognized.

Happiness is thinking positive.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

Cease Worrying

I can’t, He can, so let go and let God.

There are so many billions of good things to think about,

so why should one ruin a good thought

by worrying about something that will probably never happen.

Have faith, there is a happy, bright side to every life experience.

Today, be happy, be the sunshine, share the love.

Happiness is not worrying about things we cannot control.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
