Today, seek your spiritual nourishment

by moving closer to the God of your understanding,

by doing as He does, by being of service

to all and everything.

Kindness is the opportunity to find spiritual nourishment.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Be the Sunshine

Happiness is very contagious,

if you have it you can infect everyone around you,

and it always comes back to re-infect you.

Happiness begins with a smile,

spreads to a few kind words and

eventually becomes a warm bear hug.

Today, be the sunshine, be the smile and

seek to spread happiness wherever you can

knowing that it will keep your heart warm

when it is reflected back to you.

Happiness is being the sunshine.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
