Acceptance

We are all perfect in the eyes of the Great Creator,

however, in the eyes of our fellow man,

we are all uniquely imperfect.

The kindred soul that a loving Higher Power puts

into our lives, the one who has more unique things

in common with us than has blemishes

will become our friend.

Today, ignore the blemishes,

enhance the common ground

and be a friend.

Friendship is acceptance.

Friendship is a priceless gem that is to be valued and protected.
