Laugh, sing, dance, skip to my loo

and as you grow older make time to

enjoy both sides of life.

Better yet, learn to make a serious effort to

not take yourself so seriously

and to find the time and appropriate place

to enjoy the lighter side of life.

Loo is the Scottish word for love.

Life is serious, but not all the time.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

A Joyous Heart

Is it kind to laugh at a video of someone  having a missed-step,

crashing and burning as they try a ridiculous stunt,

falling into a fountain, or just being surprisingly

duped or tricked ???

Probably not too kind, but they put it on the tube anyway.

Today, have a healthy sense of humor,

be kind, know the happy feeling of true joy by

laughing with someone, not at someone.

Kindness is a joyous heart.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
