Dig It

Sometimes we plan to

dig a little here and put it over there

in order to level out the playing field

only to  discover that our over zealous excavating

has put us in a hole.

Stop digging, pray, meditate, ask for help

and when the hand of  God comes to your rescue

be humble enough to accept the guidance

and never forget to say thank you.

Life is to watch where you dig.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

The Other Feelings

Living in sadness forever is a sickness,

living in the moment is the cure.

Friends help each other live in the moment,

sympathize with the sadness and then move on to

enjoying the things that make life worth living.

Today, be a friend, hug those that need it and then

move them on to the better feelings:

OPEN, HAPPY, ALIVE, PEACEFUL, JOYOUS and AT EASE.

Friendship is to keep each other feeling GOOD.

Friendship is a priceless gem that is to be valued and protected.
